Spent two nights in Castle rock for a wedding last weekend and would definitely recommend this hotel. The check-in staff was lovely and explained where everything was. The rooms were clean and the beds were neat and had all of the needed amenities you needed. The parking was easy to access and overall our stay was great.

The front desk staff were excellent in providing services that were understanding. They were especially knowledgeable about things to do in the area. The pool was really a clean place to swim. My two daughters and our grandkids stayed at the hotel as well. We all really enjoyed the pool. The exercise room had good working equipment. The parking around the hotel had adequate spaces. The breakfast had a very good variety to give people many different options. The room was clean and all the staff were friendly.

This is a wonderful Best Western Plus. We had a balcony suite that had a bedroom, living room, large refrigerator, small cooktop and full kitchenware, ie.. plates, glasses and silverware and a dishwasher. Granite countertops in kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom was also large with 2 sinks. Fresh cookies everyday. Coffee anytime and delicious free breakfast. The staff were very nice. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was clean but I had forgotten that you had no USB ports that are necessary for charging phones and tablets. Fortunately we bring adapters but not everyone might not. Breakfast was good with variety of foods available.
