This was our first time staying here. We enjoyed our stay! The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, concert venues, etc. The only item that could have been improved was the cleanliness/smell of our room. When we walked into our room it still had an odor of the previous person or people who stayed there the night before. Would’ve much preferred a clean smell! Did like the cute live plant in the bathroom! Nice touch :)

Lofty experience

Great place to stay downtown. The room was quiet, and the lobby area was fabulous. Bar and pool table, mid century furnishings. Really hip place. Would recommend. Only issue was valet and it was 56$ for one night.

Amazing staff

Amazing and friendly staff who all went above and beyond. The best sleep ive ever gotten, the beds were so comfty! The parking lot however is a little gard to manuever, but there are a few more open lots across the street. Great location in the heart of downtown

Awesome location and the room itself has a great design: lots of space for luggage, outlets and lights are equitable no matter which side of the bed you’re on. Nice shades and natural light if you want it. On the con side: several outlets weren’t working and the bathroom door is a slider and due to the wall not being entirely plumb, there were large, open gaps, which is awkward.

Don’t stay here

Worst hotel experience. There are ZERO amenities: no drinkable water in room, had to go downstairs and buy a bottle of water. Had to pay for coffee. The hotel room itself: bathroom was dirty, door to bathroom didn’t close, my window outside looked directly into other hotel rooms AND I could see what people were doing. (Maybe tint these windows!)

This hotel is a bit of a dichotomy. The employees here were great. Friendly, efficient, only kudos. The building, however, has serious issues. We had a room on the top floor, and all night long we could hear traffic noise, pedicab stereos, even drunks yelling. The windows have zero sound insulation. And the elevators are slow as sh*t. Seriously. The stairs would be faster, but you can only take the stairs if there is a fire. Oh, and the fire alarm went off on the morning we were checking out. Seriously, employees here, 5 stars. They are paying the price for corporate greed that cut corners during construction. I will never stay at an Aloft brand again.
