Spacious hotel in the active area of Sanur

Attractive hotel with well kept spacious grounds and well appointed pools. Helpful staff and great massage from Jinja. Two minutes walk to the better resaurants and bars of Sanur. 5 minutes to the beach. Supermarket 2 minutes away. Comfortable well sized rooms.

Great location, surrounded by shops and restaurants but a quiet and peaceful hotel complex. The swimming pools and gardens are great. The room itself was good (deluxe), with good air con and fridge. The toilet never seemed to flush properly and the water in the shower was slow to warm. Also the walls are quite thin so you can hear if you have noisy neighbours. Further, the curtains were very thin and let the early morning sun stream in, so not ideal if you want to sleep in. But for the price, I can’t complain and would gladly return, given its great value and location.

We love Taman Agung and have stayed there four times now. The staff are always wonderful and Sanur is fantastic. However, it could do with some updating. The rooms were a bit basic and our bedsheets had stains on them. The pool and gardens are beautiful and well kept. We didn’t have breakfast this time as last time we didn’t enjoy but it may have changed. However for the price, it’s great.

コロナの前はよく宿泊していたホテルです。その時はフロントのスタッフも落ち着いた対応をしていただきましたが、今回はフロントのスタッフが皆さん若くちょっと心もとない気がしました。外のランドリーに出していたものが、フロントに届いても誰も伝えてくれなく、私は2度ランドリーに足を運びました。もう少し細やかなサービスができたらいいのになと思いました

立地、スタッフもよい。 清掃も行き届いていて部屋もまあまあ綺麗。 しかし何点かシャワーのヘッドに水が細かくなるヘッドが付いていてシャワーが全然水量が足りないこれが一番厄介かも女性は髪を洗うのに凄い時間がかかると思います。 洗面所にハンドソープがない、部屋にティッシュがない 、朝食が非常に種類が少ないので期待は禁物！価格が安いので費用対効果は良いかと思います

Hotellet er udemærket til overnatning, prisen taget i betragtning. Det er lidt slidt, men ok til vores ophold. Det ligger i gåafstand til stranden, indkøb og restauranter.

De locatie van het hotel was uitstekend: dicht bij winkels, restaurants en op 400 meter afstand van het strand. Het ontbijt was vreselijk en de keuze was ook zeer beperkt. De kopjes voor koffie en thee zagen er vies uit. Het personeel was zoals gewoonlijk op Bali vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echter de kamer werd slordig schoon gemaakt: met een vieze dweil zonder schoonmaakmiddel waardoor de kamer na het dweilen stinkt ipv dat het lekker geurt. Slechts een handdoek om je lichaam mee af te drogen. We verbleven in het verleden in heel veel 3 sterren hotel. Dit hotel is ons slecht bevallen.

Ill hade room 305, and the air conditioning is not cooling the room because there's several hole in the hotelroom door, and its not seald, the same with the balcony slide door, hot air is coming in there also. The AC were shot down when k card were taken out ill manage to get 1 xtra that were in the k card all time so the AC were working 24h, still is wasn't cool enough. Otherwise this is a hidden gem.

Only gripe was freezer box not defrosted and a huge build up of frost round ice tray. Air conditioner not working but rectified next day. Very uncomfortable hot night with portable conditioner not coping. If these issues were addressed would be brilliant. Apart from that an excellent stay with beautiful people

When buy the ticket through Expedia, can not chose floor of room. no lift there, 2nd floor is tough for with elderly or with heavy luggage. Environment and scale of hotel is good. Electrical supply of the room stopped one hour before check out somehow. Hotel doesn't provide amenities like tooth brash, doesn't even sell at hotel.
