We stayed last year in an outward facing room and were not too happy. However, this year we booked a pool facing room, which we felt was more spacious, even if it wasn’t, and used the pool a lot more. Very happy with our stay.

Jacuzzi Grand Deluxe King….. Room was pretty basic and not grand or deluxe at all. Jacuzzi took literally an hour to fill so only used once. If you want a lounger by the pool you need to be there by 8am - or wait till 3 pm to get one. The worst part of this stay was that we had demolition work right next to our room - which woke us everyday - and renovation work below us which produced an almost constant thumping noise. Thus relaxing in the jacuzzi or on the balcony, or even inside the room, during daylight hours was out of the question. Breakfast was okay if you like a buffet. The additional beachside area with loungers and towels provided was pleasant, with a free shuttle to get you there. Close to many eating options.

Sanur Resort is in a great location & is a perfect place to relax & do as much or as little as you like. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in close proximity. The rooms are well appointed and clean. Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The crowning glory is the pool. Absolutely perfect temperature and large enough for everyone.

This is my 9th stay here! Love the location, the facilities, the breakfast (best in Bali - we rate it highly!) and most importantly the staff! Lintang is amazing! On our first visit back in 2018 with our young son, to this visit he was so good with our kids! My son was SO excited to see him! All the staff go above and beyond and that’s what keeps us coming back!
