The place is great! Beautiful pool and surroundings. Staff are very accommodating. It’s very close to Icon Mall and beach is walking distance. We had a great stay and I highly recommend this place in Sanur

Big hotel, ~300 bedrooms and many meeting/conference facilities. Some of the bedroom fixtures and fittings needed attention. Probably a 400m walk from the street entrance to my room. Well-equipped and well-attended gym. No Indonesian food restaurant options due (I was told) to March being a quiet month. Good breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Big pool between 200m long accommodation blocks, not used because of wet weather. This is a good hotel for business and conference guests, but is too far from good quality tourist prerequisites such as shopping, range of eateries, massage/spa services, etc.
