A beautiful hotel – quite large, yet it never feels crowded. The rooms are lovely, the staff extremely friendly, and the breakfast selection is excellent. I’d be happy to come back when I visit Bali again.

Welcomed from day one of nine to the last day.

From arriving to leaving the staff were welcoming and helpful. Having a courtesy bus was great. So location was good for most things. As with most accommodation in Bali little maintenance things are happening or need doing. Would stay again.

Big hotel, ~300 bedrooms and many meeting/conference facilities. Some of the bedroom fixtures and fittings needed attention. Probably a 400m walk from the street entrance to my room. Well-equipped and well-attended gym. No Indonesian food restaurant options due (I was told) to March being a quiet month. Good breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Big pool between 200m long accommodation blocks, not used because of wet weather. This is a good hotel for business and conference guests, but is too far from good quality tourist prerequisites such as shopping, range of eateries, massage/spa services, etc.

Mediocre at best. Check in and breakfast was terrible. They also charge 100,000 per hour for late check out. Asked how my stay was on check out, I explained poor and received ‘okay, thanks see you next time’ as a response.

Staff excellent and very helpful. Provided assistance to my partner when sick and continually asked about her welfare. The only negative is the equipment in the gymnasium. The gymnasium is very large for a hotel facility but the equipment is very aged and in need of replacement

Check in was 30 minutes late and they waited for me to come to them rather than coming to me in the lobby waiting area for me to get my keys. Twin beds pushed together for our “king size” TV had blown out speakers Lighting in room had backlight that was on when card was inserted so if I wanted light in the bathroom I had to wake up my wife. Breakfast buffet was a great addition to our room. The property is right down the street from the beach and a short walk to the harbor to go to the neighboring islands. I would stay again but probably be a little more assertive about the beds. The beds were comfortable, though.

Not as good as expected

Unfortunately a disappointing stay. Arrived at the advertised check in time and was told we had to wait another hour for our room to be ready - sat by reception and saw multiple people arrive and check in to their rooms whilst we were still waiting. Room still wasn’t ready an hour later but after complaining we were told we could go to the room but it wasn’t finished? Never had this before. Told on check in we had breakfast included in our stay, arrived at breakfast the next morning to be told it wasn’t included and tried to charge us. Didn’t bother in the end. The room was okay but quite tired - king bed is 2 king single beds pushed together.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Fijne schone kamer en mooie tuin met zwembad. Helaas veel regen dus niet gezwommen. Wel gebruimkunnen maken van uitgebreide gym. Ontbijt met heel veel keuze tussen aziatisch en westerse gerechten in buffetvorm. Ook lifecoocking. Diner had lange wachttijden door veel vraag via roomservice en daarvoor vele excuses ontvangen. Al met al aanrader voor paar nachten. Nu door naar een omgeving met minder gasten om ons heen.
