It was great apart from the internet signal being intermittent and electrics in the room especially charging ports were not working most of the time. Under the bed could of done with a clean. It seemed like the same food was being served in every restaurant on hotel site. one addition that would've made the trip better would have been a shuttle bus to other areas such as nusa, kuta, udbud etc Beach was clean -

Breakfast was great. Difficult to get staff’s attention for coffee. Beach Bar has attentive staff and good drinks. Service on the beach was difficult. You have to find staff and flag them down; they do not proactively come around to check. They do not start serving until 11:00. Not great if you go to the beach before 10 and would like coffee or a juice.
