The staff were always attendant and friendly and always ready to please. The rooms were cleaned every day and nothing was too much for the room service to do. The rooms are due for a refurbishment and the shower ran hot and cold but overall I'd stay there again.

The Parigata hit the spot for me, close to Sanur beach yet an oasis of calm from the hustle and bustle of the town. The staff were lovely and helpful, breakfast was plentiful and varied and the room was cool, comfortable, clean and large. The pool area is the icing on the cake, beautifully landscaped with shady corners. We loved the whole experience. No lifts, but not a problem for us. I would definitely visit again.
