Staff were so attentive and helpful with any and all questions or queries we had. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were happy and comfortable at all times. They were especially wonderful with our 3 yr old and most of the staff knew his name at the end of the first day! The hotel was beautifully maintained and our room was incredible. Extraordinary village style hotel with amazing staff, rooms, food and not to forget the garden with big old trees and well kept grounds. Two nights stay with constant rain most of the time, but plenty of umbrellas and roofing made everything wonderful.

Can’t fault our stay in any way. The facilities were extensive, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the food was varied and delicious, and the room was spacious and clean. Plenty of activities for children. Ability to use the facilities of the Hyatt next door. The beach is on your doorstep. Plenty of things to do outside of the hotel, with the centre of Sanur, and the ICON Bali shopping centre a short walk away.
