A very well maintained motel, the perfect cape cod vibe! The ice cream shop at the top of the parking lot is definitely a bonus! The staff was very nice and the location was perfect.

Place is ok. Very outdated. Theres a reason prices are cheap. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, toilet is low to the ground and rooms could use an upgrade. Icecream next door isn’t that good other than that it’s in a nice area. We didn’t use the breakfast coupons we tried new places in the area. Pool area was good. Kids liked that.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pictures that were listed when booking did not portray the rooms. Beds were booked as (2) queens but they were fulls. Carpets needs to be cleaned my suns socks were super dirty after walking on the floor. The overall listing is a little misleading for arcade and mini golf….yes they are next to the property but costs extra and not part of your stay. It’s a great little hotel but needs some upkeep/remodeling in the bathrooms and rooms.

The staff was very friendly, and we were able to check in early…however it’s definitely an outdated place in need of some renovations. The floor in our room was slanted, so much so that our wheeled luggage kept moving until we laid it flat. There were also a lot of dead spots in the floor that dipped, and creaked bad. The shower had no hot water all 3 days we were there, and the walls are very thin! The pool was nice though, and it is in a convenient location.
