nice quiet place...nothing special... but walkable to the Ocean House and Sunday School...can walk to a beach ...but pool is bonus...Pat the owner is great w/suggestions and directions...if your just looking to relax w/nothing special...just to chill ...go here

Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing! The hotel room was immaculate, renovated beautifully and had a nice home feeling to it. The maids are very kind. Pat the owner is very accommodating and is very diligent in ensuring his hotel clients are happy and comfortable! Excellent location. Literally steps from the beach. 5 stars!! Highly recommend!

I loved the feel of this motel, old time Cape Cod charm. The rooms are very clean and updated. Great TV, coffee maker. The only issues we had was since it's an older motel was noise, the AC units (are new and work well) are a bit noisy as they are wall units. Also, we were on the first floor and could could hear the people above us walking (sounds like stomping) could be because the flooring is new LVT not carpet that could absorb the noise. We'll be back again, the location is perfect, I'll just bring some ear plugs:)

The property is clean and rooms (we received an upgrade to double queen beds) were spacious. The staff was really friendly and helpful with Pat, the owner, always willing to help even after the office is closed. The beach next to the hotel is not great - very small public area (surrounded by private beaches, not accessible) and the water has too many seaweeds. However, there are golf carts that you can take (free - for tips only) to other beaches that are nicer. The TV can use an upgrade and bathroom can use an exhaust.
