Nice hotel, but we did not get our sleep

The hotel facilities are nice in general. The food is also nice. However, the thermostat in the room was not working and it was too hot. We dis not have a good sleep.

Got there a little late as our flight got delayed . Our reservation was for four TWIN rooms with dinner. No dinner after 21.30. None and they decided to “upgrade” our rooms to double beds (not king like 1.30 mts) . Not ok. We had to fight to change them. Beds did not have bedsheets over, just a blanket . Terrible . Definitely not 5* as it says and a major pain

Winter stay.

It's a very old that has been bought by Ramada. There has been a very little renovation a the hotel. It's very old and spa area is a mess. Everything is almost broke. The Thermal water outside is cold. And if you're coming to use outside thermal its disappointing. The cleaning is not good. But the staff and workers are very nice, helpful and smiling. We did get Snickers and fusetea as welcoming gift. The breakfast was very good and big. Ramada needs to make big improvements.

Otel genel olarak boştu, ya da olanların hepsi de neredeyse turistti, açık büfesi beklentimin altındaydı, çok fazla bayat ürün koyulmuştu, mezelerin bir çoğu bayattı, tatlılar da baya kötüydü, termal havuzlarda bilmiyorum olması gerektiği gibi mi ama küçük sinekler vardı temizliğinden emin değilim, odalar ise temiz ve konforluydu, sigara içilecek alan sadece havuz başı, açıkcası sıkıcı bir tatil yapmak isterseniz tercih edebilirsiniz

olumlu ve olumsuz yorumları okudum oyle gittim. benim deneyimime göre guzel bir tatildi. canli muzik guzeldi.aksam yemeginde yemeklerin bir kısmı soğuktu.şefe ilettim caresine bakacagim dedi. ikindi çayı diye bi servis var en beğendiğim oydu.sadece çay degil zengin bi icecek ve yiyecek secenegi vardı. tum havuzlara girdim en sicak kapali termaldeki havuzdu 40 dereceydi.o gercekten guzel. biraz soğuğu acik termaldi 30 derece.daha soğuğu icerdeki mavi havuzdu 24 derece sanırım.soguk derken yani yazin deniz suyu gibi.fiyat performans olarak bi daha gidermiyim.evet giderim.herkesin beklentisine göre yorumu değişir

Çalışanlar ilgili, odalar temiz, akşam yemeği ve kahvaltı iyiydi. Termal havuz yeterli. Çocuk etkinlik alanı küçük ama idare eder. Memnun kalmadığımız tek şey (çocuklu aile için sıkıntı) oda duvarları çok ince, yalıtımsız, yan odanın sesi çok geliyor.

Termal otel olarak kötü bir tercihti.

Otel konsepti olarak iyiydi fakat dış termal havuz çalışmıyordu. İçeride bir termal havuz var fakat spa ile arasında mesafe var ve koridor soğuk. Kapalı havuz bir çocuk havuzu kadar ve soğuk. Termal otel değil de daha çok konaklama oteli olarak uygun geldi bize. Yemekler harikaydı. Hem lezzetli hem de çeşitliydi. Extra içki fiyatları biraz yüksek geldi. Otel personeli ilgili ve kibar.

Tam bir hayal kırıklığı ramada olduğu için güvenmiştik ama asla ramada kalitesini yansıtmıyor. Çalışanlar ilgisiz odamızı bile göstermediler valizlerimizi taşımadılar. Oda temizliği yetersizdi 3 gece kaldık güya temizlik yapılmış kirli bardakları bile almamışlar odadan özellikle restoranda sandalyelere bakarsanız mideniz bulanır bir şey yiyemezsiniz hepsi kirli yiyeceklerin tadı hiç güzel değil tok oturup aç kalkıyorsunuz her an orayı seçmenin pişmanlığını yaşadık.
