Best service from any hotel in a long time.

Whilst hotel is probably a four star, the service is Five star. From the reception staff, house keeping, to the restaurant team. Thus far it is easily the best service I have had from any hotel in the past few years.

Best Hotel in Denizli

Mu second time stayed at this hotel, their service & hospitality standart very well managed. Strategic location, and the best part was we did the check in early (around 10-11 am) and they just gave me the room key without aksing any extra charge. Thanks

A very "warm" stay

Very clean. Very friendly staff. Food is tasty. Good breakfast buffet. A little too warm for my taste. Impossible to be cold in rooms.

Value for money business hotel

It is a wonderful business hotel located just 3 mins drive from the bus station (15-20 TL). The stay was comfortable and it offered a wife range of breakfast options. The overall stay was value for money. The hotel had tie ups with taxi services and fixed rates, it took less than 5 mins to arrange a taxi to bus stop, airport or pammukale. Pammukale was a 20 minute ride (60-75 TL)

Not bad but need maintenance

Overall, It's a not bad hotel, but it's not well maintained. The room light is too weak to read, the shower equipment is out of order so I have to crouch on the floor to take shower.
