Ailemle birlikte bu otelde konaklamak bizim için harika bir deneyimdi. Güler yüzlü personeli, tertemiz odaları ve huzurlu atmosferi sayesinde kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Sabah kahvaltıları hem çeşitli hem de çok lezzetliydi. Her detay düşünülmüş, her isteğimiz özenle karşılandı. Experiência PÉSSIMA

Fomos fazer o checkin e nenhum funcionário fala inglês. Mas deu certo . Fomos entrar no quarto e nossa chave não funcionava. O funcionário insistia para ficarmos lá e se precisássemos era só chamar ele para abrir Nosso quarto. Não aceitamos evidentemente e depois de bastante tempo nos trocaram de quarto. Saímos para jantar com nosso carro e na volta o mesmo funcionário ( da porta) ficou de estacionar o carro( já estava mas…) . No quarto havia apenas um pequeno edredão que cobria apenas metade da cama. Pela manhã, no checkout, não encontravam a chave de nosso carro ( o mesmo funcionário)

Otel yeniydi galiba baya temiz ve hoş görünüyordu Çalışanlar da kibardı herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık Düşük puanlara itibar etmeyin gayet iyi bir otel Tel sıkıntı otopark onu da idare ediyorlar otelin arkadında açık otopark tarzı bir yer var Yine gelsem tercih eder miyim Kesinlikle evet çok beğendik

Marlen Otel'de geçirdiğim süre boyunca hizmet kalitesi beni gerçekten etkiledi. Otelin personeli her zaman güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle resepsiyondaki çalışanlar, herhangi bir sorunum olduğunda veya bir şeye ihtiyacım olduğunda anında yanıt verdiler ve bana yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı mükemmeldi, odalar tertemizdi. Konum olarak şehrin kalbinde, gitmek istediğiniz yerlere kısa sürede ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. Sessiz ve huzurlu bir istirahat yapıp yoluma devam ettim. Kendinizi evinizdeymiş gibi hissediyorsunuz. Personelin misafirperverliği ve profesyonelliği, bana çok iyi hissettirdi. Hizmet kalitesine önem veren herkese bu oteli gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyorum.
