This was our third stay at La Posada in December! We’ve enjoyed our stays very much…….we’ve had 3 different rooms , each one very clean and comfortable , with wonderful views of the harbour and sea. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is so convenient for the seafront, walk into town, or walk to the Denier tram station in 10 mins.

My experience started on the wrong foot , I was charged for two nights instead of my stay for night. At reception I wasn't allowed to cancel one night from my reservation even though the rules or terms on the Expedia reservation policy allowed to , I contacted Expedia twice with to different operators and they where very ambiguous and of zero help . I am a Platinum member and it is probably the first time I write . I was treated very unfairly. Definitely I do not recommend this Hotel , when you are received with arrogance and unfairness the whole experience cannot be described other than a bad one .
