“Hotel Steenhuyse was a very nice place for me to stay on my cycling trip to Flanders. Bart was a great host. He even sat and had a nice chat with me at breakfast. My room was very large, clean, and well-decorated. Breakfast was a buffet with a variety of meats, breads, pastries, and cereals. As a cycling fan from the U.S., I couldn't recommend a hotel more than this one. It is a few steps away from the Tour of Flanders museum, and a short ride from the famous climbs of the Ronde. “The hosts were very nice and helpful with advice for our travels. Breakfast was fabulous, and our room was comfortable and clean with a large jetted bathtub that was perfect. ”

“Very nice place, just slightly out of the city center, but close enough to have food delivered if you arrive late, as I did. Nice place with cute sheep themed decor, which makes sense as the owners raise sheep for wool. Fabulous breakfast, Also, deluxe bicycle storage building, if you are traveling by or with a bicycle.”
