Otelin konumu denize sıfır, tek avantajı da bu. Öğle saatlerinde deniz dalgalı ve bir miktar yosunluydu. Plaj temizdi. Havuzu deneyimlemedik ama temiz gibi görünüyordu. Otel genel olarak bakımsız ve eski ve kirliydi. Odadaki eşyalar eskiydi, 2 tek kişilik yatak birleştirilip çift kişilik yapılmış. Yatak ve yastık çok rahatsızdı neredeyse hiç uyuyamadık. Klima doğru düzgün çalışmıyor soğutmuyor ve çok sesli. Yemekler vasatın altında, çeşit yok lezzetsiz kalitesiz malzeme. 1 gece için 9800 tl ödüyoruz çok daha lüks oteller bu fiyatlarda, aldığımız hizmet bu olmamalı. Bir daha gelmeyeceğiz kimseye de önermeyiz.

Otelin konumu mükemmel Maldivler gibi, ama süper visor oda tipinde balkon yok yani yıkadığınız deniz kıyafetinizi asacak yeriniz yok.Yataklar çok eski konforlu değil.Kahvaltı ve yemek hep aynı şeyler çıkıyor çeşit değiştirmeli ara sıra.Ama canlı müzik eğlence çok iyiydi.İletişim ve bilgi eksikliği var personeller güler yüzlü ama kendi aralarında bile iletişim yok.

Otelde temizlik ve personellerin ilgisi genel anlamda iyi, ancak yemek konusunda son derece yetersiz. Ozellikle aksam yemeklerinde 2 cesit oluyor ve bitebiliyor. Konaklama yaptigimiz gunlerde otelde insaat oldugundan surekli gurultu oluyor. Otelin onunde otoparki cok kucuk.

Güzeldi...

Otel konumu çok güzel yerde ben superior oda aldım ama balkonsuzdu bu çok kötü. Eski otel malum pandemi bir çok otel tadilat yapamadı gelir eksik (banodaki su giderlerinin anlışlığı neredeyse odaya su giriyor duştan su kaçıyor ama normal seviye) bu otelde de ufak tefek bu tip eksikleri görmezseniz 2021 ekşm kasım dönemi için konaklamamız güzeldi. Yemeklerde açık ağız kavanoz su kullanımı olumsuz noktası ve kapalı istenirse ekstraya giriyor bu yakışmadı!!!

Olumlu yönler: Personel genel olarak yardımcıydı. Odamız temizdi, deniz manzarası güzeldi. Olumsuz yönler: Otelin kapasitesine göre restoranı küçük. Restoranda kalabalıkla birlikte açık büfeden yemek istemiyorsanız pek fazla seçeneğiniz yok. Bar cafede menüde yazan birçok yiyecek mevcut değildi. Asansörler misafir sayısı için çok yetersiz. Çoğunlukla merdivenleri kullandık. Kat yükseklikleri farklı, merdivenden inerken 2. katta kafanızı çarpmamaya dikkat edin.

Malesef biraz hayal kırıklığı yaşattı . Hava şartları biraz kötü olduğundan bu oteli tercih ettik kapalı havuz hamam vs var diye . Otele gittiğimizde kapalı havuzun tadilatta olduğunu söylediler telefonla teyit etmemize rağmen biz gittiğimizde hava çok serin olduğu için üşüdük fakat ısıtma çalışmıyor dediler ve malesef baya üşüdük yorganı bile Zor aldık restorant hizmetleri iyiydi . Bölge olarak harika bi yer fakat biz konaklamada problem yaşadık biraz

Anladığımız kadarıyla el değişmiş son dönemde, eskiden geldiğim bir otel ama kahvaltısından hizmetine, kapalı havuzların pandemi bahanesiyle kapalı olması (ve önceden aranıp sorulduğunda bilgisi verilmemesi) ama spa hamam kısmı açık (virüs hamama girmiyor heralde herkesin ortak kullandığı), temizliğin yeterince olmaması ve çalışan arkadaşların da azlığı yüzünden bir daha dönmeyeceğimiz bir yer oldu maalesef.

Yemekler ve tatlılar genel olarak çok başarısız. Çalışanlar tecrübesiz ve hizmet kaliteleri düşük. Otelin konumu harika, otel kendisi çok güzel. Çalışanlar hijyen konusunda dikkatsiz. Sürekli elektrik kesintisi yaşanıyor, görevlilerin vermiş olduğu bilgiler İğneada genelinde yaşanıyormuş. Herşey dahil konsept olmasına rağmen yerli alkolü içkiler ekstraya giriyor. Umarım en yakın zamanda yetkililer aksiyon alırlar.

Gorsellerden bakarak gittik. Otel guzel fakat yemekler cok iyi degil masadaki surahiler kırık bardaklar guzel yikanmamisti. Evde bile misafirimize ikram yaparken tabak catal bardagin temiz olmasina ozen gosteririz. Yemekden sonra cay olmamasi ve ucretli olmasi hayal kirikligi ilkez aksam cayini ucretli ictim.

Biraz hayal kırıklığı

Öncelikle otelin yeri çok güzel be denize sıfır be plajı da çok güzel ancak 3-4 yıl önce kaldığım otel servis be yemekler anlamında bayagı bir geri gitmiş. akşam sıcak yemekler gercekten görüntü ve lezzet olarak çok kötülerdi yiyemedik ama yan yemekler ve salatalar fena değildi. garsonlar genelde deneyimsiz ve kot pantolon giyen ve maske takmayan arkadaşlar . tabi bir de terlikle dolaşoyor olmaları ilginç. temizlik anlamında kötü değil ama asansörlerin orada arkadasın dezenfektan şişesine su katarken görmem brni çok rahatsız etti zaten sunulan dezenfektanların sulu olduğunu anlıyorsunuz!! kapı girişinde hiç kimse sizinle ilgilenmiyor ve bavullarımızı kendimiz içeri tasıyıp arabamıda park yerleri olmadığı için karşı otelin otaparkına bırakıp 2 gecelik para ödemek zorumda kalmam da cabazı oldu. sonuç olarak ciddi anlamda servis ve stamdartlar anlamında gelişmesi gerekiyor. Geceliği 750 tl olduğu düşünülünce biraz daha özen gösterilebilirdi!
