I loved the location of hotel, (right ON the beach) and our room faced to ocean. The room was very spacious and the kitchen was very updated and clean. The furniture is dated but clean and we just loved staying there. The Property manager Tricia or Kristi (cant remember)was awesome and so was Joe at the front desk. she went out of her way to make it an enjoyable stay. She was wonderful. It has a putting green, pool, BBQ area and covered areas to sit. The breakfast area has Yogurt, coffee, snacks and fresh fruit and bottled water which we took to our room and sat outside and enjoyed the fresh air, tables and chairs provided. A big surprise was the daily maid service . You don't see that very often any more and we appreciated it. We will definitely go back. Beach towels, lounge chairs and umbrellas were included.

Supposed to be free breakfast- made me pay @$25?at check in for the “ continental breakfast”. The “ continental breakfast “ not good. We skipped that. Room was clean but “tired” very old. Looked like new paint recently but there were bare roller marks on the wall. Some tile damage in the tub/shower. If you want the beach it’s very good. We only stayed one night and would not stay there again.

A hidden gem! Drove by here for the last 15yrs on our way to another place we vacation at, only after they couldn’t accommodate our stay we started looking around and found this great, quiet spot on THE BEACH! Hey it’s not the Ritz but you’re not paying for the Ritz either. It’s going thru a modernization but our room is exactly all we need. The staff was more than happy and very helpful during our stay. We will be back!

This is the perfect location for a quiet beach getaway. We were close to downtown Delray for great choice of restaurants and activities, and yet so relaxing at the beach. Staff was great and helpful. We'll be back!
