Cheguei e havia um ônibus de turismo com um recepcionista exclusivo do hotel para eles e, mesmo depois que acabou o atendimento do pessoal do ônibus, o recepcionista pediu que eu aguardasse o outro para me atender. Enquanto isso ele ficou lá, aparentemente sem fazer nada. Piscinas estavam bem sujas. Espelho da academia degradado. Pontos positivos: Estacionamento amplo, quarto limpo e academia bem montada. Infelizmente decepcionou, hotel muito bonito, porém parece que está perdendo o seu brilho. Piscina principal suja, muita partícula em suspensão, piso precisando de escovação. A piscina do bar molhado em manutenção (fechada). Café da manhã simples, algumas coisas sem sabor. O pior de tudo foi uma guarnição da porta caiu do nada, quase atingindo meu pet. De imediato comuniquei a recepção e solicitei que fosse recolher, e não aparecerem, no segundo dia falei pessoalmente na recepção, pedindo que fossem lá verificar, tbm ninguém apareceu.

Estadia bastante satisfatória, com destaque para a gentileza dos colaboradores e o relax na piscina. Alguns itens precisam de cuidados de conservação, como por exemplo, os guarda-sóis da piscina, que estavam rasgados, degrau da escada da piscina quebrado, vazamento no box do banheiro do quarto, etc. Nada que desabone a qualidade, em geral, da estadia, mas que merece atenção da administração, para que não cause má impressão ao hóspede. Sugere-se que plantem árvores no pátio e no estacionamento. A região é muito quente, a sombra de árvores diminui a temperatura e oferece uma proteção a mais para os automóveis estacionados no pátio, além de embelezar o ambiente.
