The property is in a very centralized location. The room was nice with the exception of a bit of bad caulking around the shower area. The shower head did not have much pressure and needs to be replaced.

First room had clog shower moved to a horrible room downstairs was old smell to humidity i did ask to be moved but the lady at the desk told us to wait till the afternoon see if anything gets available ,we endup leaving one day earlier.

No me gustó nada, la habitación chica sin espacio para caminar el baño sucio, hasta con moho Sin ventana y sin un espacio para colgar los trajes, sin secadora de cabello , no la verdad muy mala experiencia el personal , sentados en la escalera de paso, platicando, no la verdad no se lo recomiendo a nadie y nos cobraron más de lo que mencionaron en Expedia

La atención de los recepcionistas fue muy amable y nunca fueron groseros , trataron de remediar los males que no estaban en sus manos , como el hecho de que a las 2 am personas gritando y risa y risa en el pasillo , despertaron a la gente , y lo que más me molestó es que están remodelando el hotel ( se entiende) pero uno va a descansar y dormir , y empezaron a martillazos y mover cosas a las 8:30 am justo en la habitación arriba o enseguida de la mía , no descanse nada , las habitaciones si están lindas , cómodas (las almohadas no tanto) , el desayuno muy rico , solo que iba muy cansada y quería dormir tranquila y eso para mí fue muy decepcionante:( ojalá que consideren hacer las obras en otro horario no tan temprano para no molestar o despertar a los huéspedes .
