The hotel staff was OUTSTANDING. Right from the reception, to luggage counter and housekeeping. The room had a distinct smell of tobacco smoke although it was a non-smoking room. The staff did try to neutralize the smell. The restaurant food and staff were good. The reception desk staff weren't among the best I have experienced in my travels. The room, restaurants and the hotel in general needs some modernization.
