Only an overnight stay before flight next morning but everything was good. Helpful staff, easy checkin, nice and clean room and plentiful breakfast. Kids loved the waffles and pancakes at breakfast! Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located very close to Metro barely 5 mins walk. The complimentary breakfast was great option with healthy options. The staff is very helpful and they address any issue diligently. The property maintenance lacks attention and the building is showing issues around plumbing, flooring and tile cracks. The check-in standard-operating procedure lacks rigour. ITC brand needs to re-hash these procedures to make sure the guest experience is good.
