This hotel was very nice, the staff is really friendly and helpful and respectful especially Kartik D. He answered all my questions and made me feel very welcome. I had orders room service breakfast and tea. One of the best tea I drank and quantity of the meal was more than expected (two people can eat). Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

The staff was very good and very helpful but the property’s condition is very bad. The tap was broken, the room had mould everywhere… there was no ac in the lobby area. The staff was very nice and tried their best, but the maintenance was so below average for this hotel, the owner should look at these things. The hotel needs upgrade

Not of Hyatt Global standard but if it is available at discounted rate, it’s value for money . Some maintenance issues . like the door access stopped working as the lock aux battery wasn’t work . secondly , bathing , excess water over flowing and not seeping properly . hotel is centrally located. near a metro station to access to CBD of New Delhi is good

The staff here is incredible they go above and beyond to really help you. I really want to point out two people Arabinda who was our house cleaning guy, no matter what he kept our room always clean and went above and beyond. Also Prem gagan he was taking care for us breakfast area. Just unbelievable service by both of them! The hotel itself is clean and safe but the staff makes the stay amazing. Will def stay here again.

Very poor condition of rooms. Manager sidhant was very nice and changed rooms until we find the room to settle in. All rooms seriously need renovations. Next morning operations manager Neerav sharma acknowledged the situation and apologize and said he has been appointed to improve the property condition and was also very nice and offered extra benefits and amenities for future stay. Which I don't know if we ever going to use it.
