Early check in was nice after a super long flight

The good was that my flight came in very early so they gave me early check in at no cost and after that brutal flight from the USA, that was very helpful. The bad was that the room was not clean, the bed was fine, the room was very, very small and they don't make up your room unless you ask for it. The staff was pretty friendly and the service was pretty good. This is NOT a 4 star hotel. 3 star at best.

Small Cozy Place

A small cozy place in near M-Block market in GK II, Delhi. Rooms were good sized and comfortable. Liked the hard bed, unlike other hotels in the area who are not careful on this part. Can improve on their breakfast a bit...it was decent though.

Groezelig hotel

Op de foto’s lijkt het hotel in orde maar in realiteit blijkt dit heel anders te zijn. Het hotel is niet onderhouden en niet hygiënisch. De douche zit vol schimmel en de kussens werden nooit gewassen, deze waren donkerbruin geworden van de vuile hoofden en stonken! De matras durfden we zelfs niet bekijken waardoor we op handdoeken sliepen. Het rook er muf en vochtig en ‘s nachts kwamen de kakkerlakken op bezoek. Onvriendelijk hotelpersoneel, slecht ontbijt, lift werkte niet. Al heel veel gereisd maar nog nooit zo’n slecht hotel meegemaakt! Zijn na twee nachten gedegouteerd vertrokken naar The Claridges Hotel wat echt fantastisch was!

nice hotel, but disappointed

we were not given a checkout time, we were also the only people staying in the whole hotel complex, so thought there must not be strict enforcement here, it was also low season & staff were lounging around the complex, it seemed very laid back. on the last day we walked in & out of the building,past reception, who we came to know on a personal level over the 2weeks, multiple times throughout the day (we were going back & forth to the local shops..at least 5times) & nothing was said to us either. then finally when we went to checkout we were told we needed to pay for an extra night because we stayed past checkout time. this same man saw us walking in & out of the complex all day & greeted us every time, yet didn't mention anything until now. what was more frustrating is that a friend of mine (a local indian) enquired about the same stay (3 adults, same dates) & quoted a price almost half of what we paid! I didn't bother to complain about this until the hotel decided they wanted more money from us for not checking out on time. we complained & explained all of what I have written above but they continued to argue back. it was obvious nothing was said all day so that they could charge later, behaviour was sneaky. its just silly on their part because I visit india every year & was really happy with the hotel atmosphere & location. if this incident didn't occur I definitely would have stayed here again. but they have lost 3 customers, plus those who I will tell about my experience.

Я заселилась в отель около 5-ти утра. Местные сотрудники спали, и достачно долго заселяли. Кстати спят они прямо на рабочих местах в лобби. Номер, думала будет лучше!плитка отваливается, лампочки частично перегорели, полотенца не белые, а какого то сероватого цвета, как и постельное белье. Из плюсов это вай фай. Работает отлично и придает в номерах. Думаю это не самый плохой отель в Дели. Он удачно расположен -20минут от аэропорта.рядом есть многочисленные магазины. Мне скоро предстоит опять в него вернуться, возможно мое мнение изменится, я в нем провела только одну ночь.

comfortable stay

This hotel is located right in the heart of the famous m block market in greater kailash 1. While the hotel is mostly comfortable, wish the rooms were cleaner. Wish the breakfast was a little innovative as well. During my earlier stays they offered omelets as per choice as part of buffet breakfast but this time I was there for 4 days and all they had was cold boiled eggs that too in winter. Delhi is known for paranthas but the ones served here were ghastly to say the least. Really need to improve on breakfast quality.

Constant banging noise through out the night... From hotel staff. We were told our rooms would be moved, but they haven't done that. Its almost 1 AM now and my whole family, including our 2 yr old toddler, are lying awake

Great Location with a very poorly managed hotel

One of the most disappointing hotels in the Delhi NCR Region. While the location of the hotel and overall hotel structure are pleasing, the behavior of the hotel staff is a big downer. One of the most bunch of hotel staff I have seen in any Delhi NCR hotel and trust me, I have been to many of these boutique hotels. Food quality is pathetic. Service is even worse. The behavior of the front desk staff almost borders on abusive. Room service is extremely disappointing. It takes them one hour to figure out that they do not have the supplies to prepare the food that was ordered and they do not even bother telling you that. You keep inquiring the status and then you get to know

Decent place in a great neighborhood

The place is very decent. House keeping and room service need to be more attentive. I had to call at least 2-3 times before anything got done. Whether it was asking for clean towels or a cup of tea. The shower areas drain was not functioning that efficiently and it formed a pool of water every time u took a shower. The breakfast is pretty decent. The best part about this hotel is the location. Very close to the M block market in GK1 where there are options like Starbucks, CCD or Pizza hut.

When we reached the hotel after a long flight our room wasn't ready, we were given a very tiny room for 3 people and had to change it twice, after our stay for 5 nights we extended our stay online and the hotel refused to give us a room as they had all the rooms fully booked so we were transferred to another hotel with all the luggage for 2 nights and transferred back which was very annoying and very inconvenient. Not very pleasant experience but the staff are extremely hardworking and friendly!! Would recommend the hotel for the service and location
