It can be hard for a foreigner to choose a mid-range priced hotel in India and feel secure that it will be clean, comfortable, and true to the advertised version. Hotel Bright was a wonderful surprise, because it exceeded my expectations in all areas for this price range. A very clean, large, room with a large comfortable bed, high ceilings, and a good bathroom had all the small extras you expect in a Western hotel that are often missing in this part of the world. Staff were very helpful, and whilst there are only stairs up to the hotel, someone will carry any heavy bags. Anil Sairam Travel Services operates the hotel, but also provides private cars, tours, shopping opportunities and more, but most importantly, you can rely on all of these to be both legitimate and at a good price. (Delhi is full of people who will quite aggressively approach you to sell all of these things and more, as soon as you are out on the street, and many are professional scammers, so Anil's service is much appreciated and very friendly). I was especially happy with the location, fully surrounded by the best shopping and eating in Delhi, and completely central for you to explore this most cosmopolitan of Indian cities. I travel a lot, and I will definitely stay here again, when I next visit Delhi.

The hotel is extremely well located, very central and has good metro connections. The area can be quite rough for tourists and dirty if you want a clean environment select the suburbs rather than downtown. There are plenty of places to eat around. The entrance to the hotel is a bit weird but once in the hotel all fine, we felt safe and comfortable. The room was Clean and good bathroom for local standards. The noise from the street was not bothering. We had breakfast included and unfortunately the staff didn’t inform us for the first night so ask. The breakfast are good and nice variety.

Excellent location; safe; comfortable; very clean hotel room and interiors. The entrance is weird where you walk up a narrow flight of stairs in between shops in Connaught Place to the 2nd floor for the actual entrance to the hotel. Once inside though, the interiors are good quality. I had to make multiple phone calls to get the extra bed in our room mistakenly reserved as a single kind bed room. Ultimately it did get setup the way we wanted before we arrived; but the hassle of not knowing until the end and multiple calls took a star off customer service. Rest all good.

TRAVELERS BEWARE: This hotel works with a shady private tour operator to scam unwitting tourists. Expect to be greatly overcharged for airport transport, money exchange, and of course actual tours. If you stay here, stay far away from any offers of "help" during your visit. As for the hotel itself, you'll be shocked when you see how run-down it is. It is in a convenient location, but it's a second-story walkup on a dirty street, just through a dilapidated hallway filled with rubbish. The rooms appear good in the photos, but in reality they are damp. The sheets were wet and dirty. I suppose you get what you pay for, but don't expect anything more.

Sketchy entrance that’s hard to find, then two flights of steep chipped marble stairs. Housekeeping sloppy - I had to ask the desk for toilet paper on two separate occasions. Tiny bottles of shower gel and shampoo that weren’t replaced until completely empty. I spilled something on the luggage strip at the end of the bed and they neither washed nor replaced it. Primary desk clerk was nice enough but his assistant always seemed angry about something. Don’t waste your money on Hotel Bright. My room looked nothing like the Expedia picture - it was tiny. A very disappointing experience. You can do much better in Delhi.

A pesar de la centrica ubicación, el acceso parece poco interesante. Mejora cuando accedes al hotel y a las habitaciones. Tamaño suficiente y cama comoda y grande. Las sabanas estaban manchadas por lo que la limpieza podria mejorar. Destacar el desayuno a la carta en la habitacion que, si bien es justo, soluciona la falta de comedor.
