Located in a dust bowl in Greater Noida. Had a loud, crowded wedding happening during my stay which ruined plans for a peaceful stay. Both Crowne Plaza and Expedia are struggling to give me a GST invoice for my stay, which is a basic requirement in India.

The property is perfect if you are interested in a short stay at G Noida. For us, we had some work in the morning so decided to come in and stay a night before in order to be more relaxed in the morning. The room was really spacious and spotlessly clean. Hotel in a new area outside Dehli, especially convenient for reaching the new exhibition centre nearby. The hotel has very spacious, comfortable and well-maintained rooms. The gym is very well equipped and excellently run. The bar behind reception is also very nice. The only sore point as far as I'm concerned is the food, the quality of the food both at breakfast and dinner and in room service, it really needs to improve decisively to make the hotel reach a really high level

Check in process was complex it seems as the deals were not loaded properly which took the team long time to figure out. Staff not so friendly. Room was okay and average in terms of cleanliness. Mosaic restaurant staff was horrible and the food did not have much options. Nobody was even offering water on time. Had to ask a few times
