Our stay at the property was bit of mixed. So i will lay out the positives and the negatives. Postives: Location wise it's great. All the food joints are within 50-100 mts. In the middle of the shopping centre. The lobby area of the property was maintained nicely and was clean. Check in was smooth. Negatives: Staff at the reception was not at all accomodative, somehow denied every other request I made. Seemed like whatever I asked them, the answer was a NO. They weren't even willing to help. I wouldn't say they were rude, but were not polite too. The wifi wasn't strong at all in the room, just the lobby. In the room, the cleanliness was okay. The carpets in the rooms need to be changed, they seem dirty. The kettle provided in the room wasn't clean at all. The fridge inside the room has fungus.
