The outside sitting area was nice at night to chill and hangout, although a staff member came through without saying a word to anyone turning off all the fire pits around 9 pm. It would have been nicer if they at least waited until 10 pm. The property is nice but definitely needs some updating and the elevators are very small. For the price we paid for our room I was expecting more.

Staff was rude and had no patience when we asked questions. They seemed rushed and overwhelmed no smiles just serious faces at the bar when I first walked in to check in overall bad service. Paid a great amount of money to sat and I had to pay for a cup of coffee. The Marriott and Hoilday inn provide breakfast and free coffee for all guests.
