This was our first time staying here and will definitely be coming back. The rooms were super nice and clean, spacious bathroom and very up to date with a coastal vibe. The cafe actually had good food too. Hotel was also very quiet

We checked in with another family, for a soccer tournament we had four rooms total. Everything was good until we went to bed and woke up at 2:30am with bed bugs all over one of the 14 year old girls. Hotel front desk actually acted like it was no big deal even though we had pictures. Said since we booked thru Expedia we had to deal with them on trying to cancel and reimbursement. Disappointed in this hotel and would definitely not recommend it.

The room was clean, but it is very outdated. Get rid of the carpet!!! If you know guests are coming, cool the room before they arrive. We came on a very hot day and it took a while after turning on the AC to cool it down. The hallways were steamy and smelly. The location is ok. We had an ocean view room, but the view was mostly trees and a little ocean. We didn’t use the pool or cafe.

The overall property and staff was friendly, helpful, rooms &!grounds clean and the location was perfect! One of very few hotels that you can actually walk the entire Del Mar village and beach. So worth it to stay here! We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This is a excellent, very well kept property. Staff is very courteous and friendly. The Cafe on premises is very convenient, great food and reasonably priced. Definitely will stay next visit to Del Mar.

This hotel was nice, it seems as though it’s been renovated recently but I thought the rooms were small and the beds a little too soft for me. It’s close to downtown Del Mar but about a 15 minute walk to the beach which is long when hauling beach gear. It’s close to the highway which is nice. Parking fee is low compared to other hotels and they have 1 EV charger. I loved the ocean view!

From checking-in to checking out we were treated absolutely wonderful with high-quality service. We were concerned that the hotel was further from the beach than we would like, however it was a quick and easy walk to both the village and the beautiful Del Mar Beach. The pool and hot tub are very clean and we enjoyed sitting outside and using both every day of our stay. The café Del Mar on property is wonderful and convenient and very reasonably priced. They offer a wide selection of beverages and meal items and snacks. It was a nice surprise to have the cafe directly on property. The staff, especially Tim at the front desk, were all very accommodating. The property is maintained beautifully and we loved the water fountains place throughout the property creating a peaceful effect. The pricing is very reasonable considering the location in Del Mar, one of the top destinations in the United States, and it’s close and convenient and in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We look forward to our next stay.

The staff was great. The hotel has a living room space for meetings or working at early hours. The employee that worked the night shift was awesome and unlocked the "living room" for me each morning. The breakfast was very tasty with multiple options. I will definitely stay here again.
