Hotel was wonderful, excellent location in Deía. Rooms were spotless, bed was very comfortable sland shower was wonderful after a long day hiking. Large breakfast buffet, gorgeous outdoor courtyard and lovely pool area. Would definitely come again.

Amazing mountain views, the perfect spot to bliss out by the 2 pools and honesty bar. Everything is a stone's throw away. The staff will organise taxi services, exceptionally clean albeit a little outdated - but the views and excellent breakfast makes up for this

Charming hotel in a small, quiet town up in the mountains with beautiful views. Breakfast was delicious, they even gave us gluten free bread. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Driving is tight because the roads are old and narrow. Once you check-in they will send you to their private parking area but finding a place to park in the meantime what challenging.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights in the junior suite. We usually like to use accommodation as a base to explore, but we loved the calm vibe of the hotel so much that we stayed by the pool, or on our balcony for most of the day. The view of the mountains was stunning! The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast has great variety, and all the facilities were very clean. We will definitely be back to this haven. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

The room was gorgeous, big, clean with a view and stunning. The location couldn’t be better. The person that checked us in was not kind, in fact very rude and I was alone w 2 kids and didn’t even help us roll 1 luggage. She was extremely rude and this is our vacation. The other staff were very kind & living but there was not much service, recommendations or going out of their way. Kids seemed to not be welcomed as much.

Irina and Lucian are great but the rest of their staff is super unfriendly and condescending in a way. Cleaning staff is extremely loud in the morning and when our toilet stopped working refused to let us go outside to an outdoor bathroom and we had to wait till morning after for the manager to get it fixed; also be ready to be asked questions if you want to go to the pool pass 8pm. Overall a beautiful property that needs more love and attention from the staff.

Great location perched a top of spectacular Deia. The hotel itself is nice and most of the staff is also very nice. Their apartments nearby, on the other hand, are insipid and pretty far from the hotel. It was disappointing. No water, coffee, or tea amenities. Breakfast at hotel a block down the street for 12euros per person. No basic spices in the kitchen. No washing machine detergent, no iron or ironing board. Bed and pillow hard and incredibly uncomfortable. The window shades in living room were broken and unable to raise so we could not get a view of the beautiful scenery. Poor lighting in spartan living room at night. Worst of all, the water heater stopped working and we had freezing cold showers for two days. Staff was responsive but unable to fix. When checking out, we asked if we could get some discount for the inconvenience and it was denied and the manager in duty didn’t seem to care very much. At check out he closed by saying “thanks for staying with us and I hope to see you again” - I don’t think so!
