Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I was quite surprised to read all the glowing 5-star reviews for this hotel. It seems like something has changed dramatically for this property in the last six months, or perhaps I was dreaming when I checked in on June 3rd, 2026. Except for the balcony, there’s nothing good about this hotel—from the room to the entrance lobby, the food, and the service. You name it, and you won’t find anything good. It was so bad that, despite booking and paying for three rooms for two nights, I decided to leave just after spending a single night. I’m ready to share my full grievance transcript with Expedia.com’s team if the hotel property manager wants to dispute this. Overall, I had a really bad experience here. The hotel staff consists of young boys who have tried their best to cover up the hotel’s shortcomings and do their best. I’m happy to provide additional feedback if anyone wants more details. Here are some real photos of common area and so called villa room. Clicked on june 3rd 2026. I wish i could post video on this review. I hope Expedia will consider to remove this property from its platform to make sure their customers are not deceived by this property.
