Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
There pillows were dirty with fungs and toilet was dirty and a wall was damp and on ordering a mineral bottle they have given me old bottle which was used and I could smell the smell of any gravy from the bottle opening it was a pathetic experience..
