The place has the old time feel of an inn but the bathrooms and other amenities are updated and clean. Having the restaurant onsite is great and if you are traveling with a person with celiac, the restaurant has a dedicated gluten free fryer for gluten free items

A delightful stay at this beautiful, well-kept historic inn! The room and common areas were beautifully furnished and the cleanliness and amenities were comforting. The staff were knowledgeable, gracious, and helpful. We’ll be back!

The property was lovely, well-maintained, and in a beautiful location. The breakfast was excellent, the staff was kind and professional. My only issue was the noise in the parking lot late at night. I was awoken from a very deep sleep by some men having a loud conversation outside, presumably after leaving the restaurant/bar. Only after I got out of bed and knocked on the window did they stop.

We stayed in the carriage house behind the main inn, parking directly outside the building. Coffee station easy access in the hallway with kurig’s available anytime. Nice spacious room

Over the 4th of July weekend, some days breakfast was not served; I should have been told in advance. Also, advanced notice is needed regarding the beds; all are elevated in the main house, requiring wooden steps (precarious for me); the beds of regular height are in the carriage house. Customers need to be forewarned and given a choice.
