Vacations Close To Deep Valley of the Mills

Excellent staff, super helpful and nice, they accommodated to all our needs and were very welcoming and warm. The hotel is very well located, close to the city center and main beach and it has a free shuttle that was super convenient as taxis are very expensive in Positano. The AC was the only thing that wasn’t as great but this has been our experience in every hotel in Italy, across different cities, so it seems to be the norm. Overall a great place to stay in Positano, staff will make you feel like part of their family

As a single, female traveler this was an awful place to stay. The manager was insulting. Keep the shutters and windows closed at all times from staff and neighbors. Ironing was only allowed in the kitchen, but not during breakfast?? The view from the upper deck was beautiful but there are no umbrellas or shade only plastic chairs and ash trays. The rooms were very nice and clean. The elevator is shut off at night. I needed to leave at 5 am and was scolded for taking my suitcase down the steps. I left early and returned late the entire 6 days of my stay. My trip was a gift from my son and daughter in law which I appreciated very much. The rest of the trip was very nice and I found the people and other visitors very kind and accommodating.

The check-in process here was good, and the staff was very pleasant. Our room was clean, and the view was to die for!! Waking up every morning with a view of the coast was incredible. The entire staff were all helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. I'm glad we chose to stay at Hotel Graal on our trip to Italy. Breakfast was included, and there were several options available that were great. We looked forward to breakfast every morning, and the staff again were very pleasant. The pool area was also tucked away and very relaxing. One thing I would note about staying in this hotel was that it was VERY QUIET. Although there were cars driving by sometimes, you would never hear them. It was very peaceful. There was also a square nearby within walking distance that had shops, dining, and entertainment. There was also a large church in the square. This hotel is in a great location. There was a bus stop nearby for transportation to other towns on the coast, and taxis if needed. The hotel grounds were overall well kept. The only one negative I would say about our stay is that the housekeeping did not clean our room daily. We wished they would have come daily to tidy up the room. I won't go into great detail on the negative to spoil the review, the fact that this was still a great hotel with an incredible view, and that we had a great stay. Thank you to all!

This property is very high on a hill, and hard to get to. Also the rooms are not sound proof at all. We hardly got any sleep. The staff is very friendly, and the restaurant terrace is nice. However, location and hearing the other rooms all around you, makes it a two star.
