“En general mi estancia fue placentera, tiene buena infraestructura, piscina, restaurante, bar, habitaciones comodas. Sin embargo me tocó una habitación un poco alejada y en un segundo piso sin ascensor y el último día no se le hizo el aseo. El personal fue muy gentil.”

“Greg, the proprietor, is a great guy, welcomed us personally, showed us into our room, set us up with excellent Starlink WiFi first thing and prepared a beautiful, big breakfast for us the next morning with sweet papaya, melon, excellent coffee, and poached eggs on ham, cheese and avocado toast. The room was comfortable and clean, with TV, and a fridge. The property is beautiful, nestled in the rainforest with countless birds and green mountains behind. “Wish more parking spaces were available. ”

“The rooms (and property) were one step above a hostel. Although the pool and surrounding area appeared relatively clean, the public kitchen area was obviously exposed to the outdoor elements and the rooms were completely stripped down. There were remnants of missing artwork, curtains and many other common elements in the rooms, while spider webs and other insects were prevalent. The bathroom windows were slightly tinted, but with the backlighting in the bathroom, occupants were clearly visible...

“Nice room, parking right in front of our room. We got woken up in the middle of the night by an alarm evacuation system, and received no apology or explanation why that happened, despite asking. Unresponsive host if messaged on Expedia.”

“Instalaciones bonitas pero mal mantenidas. El check-in desastroso (la recepción cierra pronto y no nos dejaron la llave por lo que tuvimos que reclamarla telefónicamente). Los compromisos de HOTELS en relación al trato VIP no se cumplieron y nos dieron excusas incoherentes. En definitiva, buenas instalaciones que podrían estar en mejor estado y atención muy deficiente. A tener en cuenta que no hacen la habitación a diario!!!.”

“Hotel muy bien situado cerca de la playa. Tiene algunos detalles de hotel de tres estrellas. No cambiaron las sábanas en los 4 días que estuvimos aún indicándolo pero en términos generales es un buen hotel y su personal muy agradable. De lo mejor de Port Douglas”

“Need some serious maintenance, got locked in our bedroom due to the door handle being faulty. Didn’t offer anything in the way of compensation or apology.”
