Customer service is non existent. Expedia tried to help with the wrong booking by contacting the hotel. But the hotel was so rigid and refused to help. Would never try again this hotel and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Pros: location, superior room size. Cons: Price vs Quality. A/C and heater way too noisy. Check in is late at 4:00pm (and not before, even if you call the day before and ask if possible to check in earlier), check out is at 11:30am (and they make sure to let you know at check in that you must leave the room by 11h30). I think, depending on which day you check in and who is checking you in you will probably have a different experience at thisbhotel. It would need more consistency throughout the property and service standards according to what the end goal of the hotel is (luxury, 4stars, or rather I would say a good 3stars). At the end, we expected a luxury hotel, but it's not.

Un bon séjour pour notre weekend

Nous avons passé un bon séjour durant notre weekend à Deauville avec cet hôtel. C’est très bien situé (2’ à pied du centre ville et de la plage). Les places de parking sont limitées (<5) mais les rues à côtés sont gratuites (zone blanche). Le spa en face c’est top avec nos massages. Le décor est joli. Le personnel est agréable. La chambre est correcte (propreté, taille) pour le tarif proposé. Le brunch est correct mais les choix restent limités. Et quelques points négatifs durant notre séjour : - les oreillers sont assez surélevés - il fait froid dans la salle à manger/salon

Hôtel bien situé dans le centre ville de Deauville. Possible de tout faire à pied. Personnel accueillant et très agréable. Le massage au spa était bien. Juste le bruit de l'ascenseur était gênant la nuit. Notre chambre était à côté. Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner avec la machine à jus d'orange frais et une attention particulière pour la préparation du pain sans gluten. ( A prévenir la veille). Nous reviendrons.
