Vacations Close To Dead Horse Lake Golf Course

The staff were perfectly nice, and overall the hotel was fine. BUT, our room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. When I brought it up, the desk attendant simply replied that "All our rooms are non-smoking, and I will log your complaint."

First receptionist not very good, Did not program my room keys well. And he left front desk w/o an attendant. After waiting in lobby, Chris showed up and took care of his problem. Got into my room and he delivered a bottle 🍾 of champagne. Additionally hotel had bath salts set out for a soak. Wonderful stay, really appreciate the southern hospitality! Will stay here anytime I'm in Knoxville.

Great location, clean spot beautiful rooftop bar

Clean room, well-kept property, good amenities (we used the pool, hot tub, fitness room, on-site restaurant, and on-site bar). Every single staff member who interacted with us, from the cleaning crew to the servers, were professional, helpful, and personable. Excellent experience and customer service. And since we stayed in a room on the courtyard side, which overlooked the interior bar area, we didn't hear a single airplane, which was my main concern being that close to the airport. One note: the beds were too soft for us and gave my husband back pain after two nights, but some folks do like a softer bed.
