The price was very reasonable and we only needed it for later at night and to shower so we saved alot of money from neighboring towns. Also they have a very nice convenience store and are close amenities that we needed.

We enjoyed that it was nextdoor to 1481 Grille in Arlington, where we were able to walk over to eat! We had a comfortable weekend stay. It was not too far from DeSmet, which was our destination for Laura Ingalls Wilder historical sites.

I think they should have grab bars in the showers. I was going to mention when I checked out, but did not see anyone. The staff were very nice even though we did not arrive until 1230am. Room were very clean and we slept well

It’s nothing fancy, but the room was comfortable. The main issue I had was that two of the three main lights in the room did not work, but the owners resolved it by moving me to a different room, so that was good. There also were no stoppers for the drains in either the bathtub or the sink. Breakfast was simple, but good. I liked that they were flexible on the timing.

Helpful at check in.

I was caught in the road closures by Sioux City Iowa during the recent flooding and came in late at 1 am. The person checking me in was friendly and kind even though it was the middle of the night and I am sure they don't have many customers at that hour.
