chambre 205 : Notre réservation n'était pas enregistrée !!! heureusement qu'il restait une chambre de libre. J'ai du faire une réclamation auprès d’hôtel.com. Mais pas de climatisation (les 3* belges ne sont pas attribuées sur les mêmes critères qu'en France/à l'international) ; sur rue donc bruyant si on ne ferme pas les fenêtres ; grande chambre, grande salle de bain mais vieillotte, matelas à changer, pas de drap housse mais une simple alèse !!! pas de parking (gros problème)

Hôtel pas à la hauteur du descriptif sur le site.

La chambre était plus petite que sur les photos. Seule la salle de bain était en cohérence avec les photos sur le site. Le ménage était moyennement fait. Nous étions entre l'armoire électrique et la ventilation extérieure qui se déclenchaient environ tous les 3/4 d'heure. Nous avons donc mal dormi. Nous avons eu droit aussi au bruits de la plonge de la restauration voisine jusque 23h. Enfin, pour le petit déjeuner des produits industriels et de mauvaise qualité nous ont été servis et l'hygiène y était également moyenne.

hôtel prés de la digue

Pour un tarif a 105 euros la nuitée en septembre, pour 2 adultes avec petits déjeuners est beaucoup trop cher par rapport à la prestations. Hôtel vétuste à revisiter. Chambre refaite, heureusement.

We had to park about a mile from the hotel and drag our cases as the resort was full. Reception was chaotic. First we were given an occupied room, then one smaller than booked with no garden view or balcony. After complaining we finally got a larger room but with no balcony or garden view. The rooms were clean but wifi did not work. Would not recommend
