The room was on the third floor and it was hard to climb up the stairs. I'm 67 and a room on a lower floor would've been great.

Nice property, clean. Parking was limited.

Hotel person was unfriendly and rude about checking out. Didn’t hear alarm and woke up at 11:00 with knock on door and phone ringing. Tried calling back and phone didn’t work. Told her overslept and needed 30 minutes. She said no you can have 15 minutes or pay late fee. Had to beg her to be reasonable so shower and pack. She finally relented but was such a jerk. And only got there after 2:00 AM and didn’t use any amenities. Couldn’t wait to leave and won’t go back.

Wonderful stay. One more pool lane should be kept open for hotel guests-and the steam room should be included in resort fees- other than that - a truly relaxing experience. Thank you to the staff!
