Room was cool and clean. Staff was very helpful. Definitely kid friendly as they have a fence around splashed and pool. Restaurant food was really good. 2 drink voucher was given. Only complaint is ice machines didn't work but was able to get ice at the restaurant. Would recommend as good beach hotel.

The room was clean and exactly what we expected! The food was great. Kids ate free with an adult entree and that was awesome. Loved being so close to the beach, With kids that was perfect. We could come and go as we pleased. The only downside was the splash pad was closed. That was a big reason we picked this place. We were disappointed that it was closed. It was basically a glorified bird bath. Besides that we had a great time.

The beach view and access was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you to Javel and the maintenance supervisor who quickly addressed the issues we had with the air-conditioner unit in our room. The pub chips and wings from H20 was good. Overall a good stay.
