Folks were really nice and helpful. Loved the view. Room was clean. Food was good. Pool area was kept clean, gym area was nice. This is more for maintenance: balcony rail was loose. Shower curtain bar was loose causing the shower curtain to move to the middle which caused water to shower the wall and pool on the floor around the rub that wasn't caulked. The one complaint I have is, we were booked for 4 nights. It would have been nice to automatically just give clean towels everyday. We should not have to ask for clean ones every single day.

The location and the staff were the best part of our trip! Right on the beach with easy beach access and everyone was super friendly and helpful! The place was clean but the water had a bad sulphur smell. The microwave in the room was kind of broken. It worked but wouldn’t open easily. The breakfast buffet did not have bacon and only had pancakes 1 of the 2 days we were there. Pool was nice minus all the sand in it. Bring your own toilet paper unless you don’t mind hard, thin toilet paper. Only one elevator worked the whole time we were there and that was annoying because you had to wait forever for it. Thankfully we were only on the 2nd floor so we mostly used the stairs.

The view is tough to beat. One of the best Hotels I’ve been to on the Atlantic offering ease to beach access. Staff is great, new pool great, free breakfast enough to get you started. 24/7 coffee and tea, great. Good times, not disappointed. Will be back.
