Room was reasonably clean. The tile floor felt slightly slimy (possibly excess cleaning product?). This is Daytona - the room was very humid even with A/c, especially with the external hallway. Not a criticism, just a heads up on the nature of Florida (even in December). Location was great, good access to beach from pool area.

Our room was on the 11th Floor (1115) across from the elevators. We had a spectacular view from the balcony of the ocean and were able to watch surfers and waves. Room was very clean, updated and very large.

We have stayed here several times and each time is always good. The rooms and amenities are always clean. The staff is nothing but friendly. The hotel itself is a little older, and you can see that in the bathrooms and stuff, but it’s a good stay for the money. They have their own beach access and do not charge an arm and a leg for parking. Overall, this will be our go to spot to stay when we visit
