Room was clean, the staff is amazing and very accommodating, breakfast was good. Only con is that we had no access to the beach from hotel, but that is of no fault of there own (permits and turtle seaon).There is a beach access at the hotel right next door.

We did not like that the hot tub was closed, showers for the pool/ beach were closed, the beach access was closed, breakfast was at best , okay. We enjoyed the room, very clean and also enjoyed the pool. The beach access isn't a far walk but still not as convenient as a hotel that's supposed to have beach access.

For the most part, everything was great. I only complaints are the pillows were terrible and they were also wet the first night of our stay. Also, we couldn’t access the beach from the hotel because of the damages to access the beach from the property so that was a bummer. However, breakfast was great, the pool was great and It’s clean.

Great property and located close enough to all the annual action in Daytona Beach, but just far enough to have a quiet sleep. I'd rate the property 3.5 stars just because beach access was unavailable and closed off during our entire stay. We had to walk 3 hotels over to a public beach for access. Walking is good, but we do wish we had immediate access.

Good breakfast. Hurricane damage 8 mos ago but no signs of started repairs. Room carpet not vacuumed. Walked barefoot to the bed, left soil from my feet on white coverlet. Balcony rails paint peeling & rust on door closure. Only Hampton I've stayed at with parking charge.

The room smelled awful, the beds were wet when we checked in and stayed humid all night, the beach access was blocked off because they haven’t fixed the stairs since Hurricane Milton 9 months ago, the parking the hotel makes you pay for has no space so you have to park across the street, and the breakfast was very limited. Best part? Their policy is no refunds with no exceptions. They must know their hotel is so awful no one would want to stay by choice. The only good part was the beach view. Not worth $300 a night at all.

There is unrepaired storm damage that you're not inform of until after your non-refundable booking. The most inconvenient being no beach access from the hotel or outdoor shower. Terrible smell. Horrid. I know it's ocean front, but I've stayed at plenty that never smelt as such. It looks the property is under remodel but I honestly wasn't even sure as nothing was being actively worked on. All I can remember is the smell, the wetness of the rooms. The balcony was run down and it just needs a lot of love. The location was nice.

Limited dining nearby but the place we chose nearby was good so it worked. The beach was very nice. Only complaint was a noisy air conditioner but the staff did a great job coming up to the room to fix the problem so I still give them high marks.
