This is a beautiful hotel just steps from the beach. You have beach access through the pool. The bar next to the pool was fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the rooms are very spacious! We stayed in a studio and had a small fridge, and a hotplate to cook on with all the utensils needed to enjoy our long weekend without breaking the bank! There is a liquor store, a gift store, a convenience store and IHOP too! The staff was very attentive when we needed help they were always ready to assist with a smile! Very convenient location to everything! We will be back!

It was a great stay. I enjoyed the pool and the bar a lot. Excellent location right on the beach. I do think the immediate timeshare pressure is too much though. I was going for a nice night with friends and ended up doing something I did not want to do. I wasn’t expecting a car salesman experience. It was my own fault for falling for it but I just wanted to hang with my friends.

Our room had a terrible chemical odor that was unbearable. We were there for a quick trip for a funeral so didn’t have time to deal with room switching. Our TV didn’t work and same… no time to deal with it and worst of all during a hard rain the window was leaking…water was pouring in. Again it was late at night and couldn’t deal with it. The property was otherwise nice. The pool and beach access was also nice. The rooms need help.

The Hilton Vacation Club Daytona Beach Regency exceeded all of our expectations! We had an incredible stay in the ocean view premium king suite. The room was beautiful, clean, and had wonderful views of the beach. The pool was perfect, not overly busy or loud. My husband loved the poolside tiki bar. The staff at the hotel were all so friendly and helpful. We have zero complaints. We can’t wait to come back!
