Great locations steps to the beach.

Great location with plenty of parking. Suite was spacious and clean. Sofá bed was not as comfortable but ok for a small kid. No elevators so keep that in mind as you might have to walk 3 flights of stairs.

This was the worst stay I've ever experienced with Expedia. I do not recommend this place are comforter, sheets and bed covered in stuff all layers it was disgusting, there was no shampoo or hair dryer. There was no key pad on the door for code I was given there was only lockbox for physical key. I reported all this to contact and sent photos of everything. Including this place had so much damage from what seemed like it flooded , stains on couches and everything we wanted to leave thankfully they at least had someone drop off clean sheets as at first they told us it would be morning before we could get clean bedding so we slept on top of those

Soso served purpose

Quick one night stay and the Inn served our purpose but bothered me I paid $59 for cleaning and place was very dirty my wife put a towel on bathroom so she wouldn’t walk on it. A smoke detector was on floor and dishwasher was full of dishes.

This property has been renovated but they certainly did it on the cheap side it was surface clean but not deep cleaned. The kids pool was filthy The lounge chairs by the gate to the ocean were disgusting You don’t encounter any person working the front desk or lobby because there is no one so when you have a problem good luck. I would not recommend this property

The hotel is being operated as an AirBnB and not a hotel. If I wanted this, I would have booked through AirBnB not Expedia. The advertising on Expedia does not reflect this correctly along with all the other parts of this Expedia won't let me leave a review on. No where in this comment am I mentioning: Don't mention specific prices or room rates Leave out any profanity Don't reference personal information Exclude photos containing inappropriate or unrelated content. I wish I could upload the pictures I took. The furniture was stained and gross. The place smelled of mold. What was really upsetting was the pictures online were beautiful. Once I walked in the kitchen was a dump. The bathroom was gross. I immediately tried to speak with somebody. I was only able to text. They did offer me another suite. I immediately declined. I just wanted to go home. I wish I could have gotten my money back. It is what it is. I know the place was super cheap for the weekend. I immediately found out way. Do not waste your time and money.

Coastal Waters is a little run down and in need of some refurbishing. The construction in the unit above us may be a start to that, but it also made our stay noisy. The bathtub fixtures were difficult to use and the 4 burner stove in the kitchen did not work at all. But it is ocean front and the view of the beach was fabulous and that is why were there

The place is old but is in the process of being updated but in some areas it looks like they went with the lowest bidder. Without night staff it got a little noisy around the pool about one in the morning and someone unlocked the door to our room and came in at 12:15AM. The room and pool were nice and clean.

It’s not 4 Seasons but a nice place nonetheless

Pros: Clean, friendly staff, location, nice pool Cons: Entrance is poorly lit, lobby closes really early and the Room keys are actual Keys. It’s a small thing, but I would much prefer an electric lock with a card over keys. I would be more than happy to stay here again as the pros more than outweigh the cons. I know you don’t know who the heck I am, but I recommend this hotel
