I was in the 5th floor suite with balcony and ocean front. The room and bathroom were extremely clean and nicely furnished. The view was amazing. The only thing, parking is limited and can at times be hard to park. Other than that everything was excellent.

I love Boardwalk Inn! I have stayed a few times now with my husband and we always have a great time. The ocean is right there! The Tiki bar is great and everyone is friendly, even the other guests. I really appreciate that their hot tub is truly a hot tub (it is such a nice relaxing hot temperature) and not one of those room temperature hot tubs that essentially becomes a kiddie pool full of toddlers & small children. The only downside is their mattresses run on the firm side but otherwise an excellent stay.

The staff were very helpful and kind. Although the room was clean and neat when we arrived, we did not receive any room service, even after requesting. We had to request a broom to sweep our own room and trash bags on several occasions. The pool atmosphere on the weekend that we went was not the best for families with small children.

I was a little put off with the ground desk people, when I wanted to add another person to my room and she said no. So I had to book an extra room, and I also had to book through Expida to get there cheaper pricing. Your grounds people were great. But the best was Julien at the Bar she was amazing such an up beat personality. But other wise rooms were great and very clean.
