Very unprofessional!! Disgusting !!

Blood stains on the sheets, cold water faucet was broken. Told the manager and upon checkout the owner came up to me pointing fingers saying it was my fault about the sheets very rudely. Told her if it was me id apologize but it wasnt and she was adamant and very rude saying it was me. Ill never stay there again!!

Nice quiet stay

Very clean, great size room. Had a great time only downfall was we booked what was advertised as a 2 double bed room well when we got our room it only had 1 bed so i wound up sleeping on the couch def not big enough for 2 people. Other than that it was great.

The motel has nice furnitures and overall is clean. Unfortunately we had ants in our room. Wi-Fi did not work. Not a really good experience. The motel has potential but needs somebody to really take care of maintenance

I made the reservation over a week ago & got my conformation # 10 min. later. When my wife & I arrived on the date it was reserved for , the motel did not have my reservation. I had to show the motel my phone with my conformation # on it. They had only 1 room left so he gave it to us. Good thing we didnt arrive 10 min later or we wouldnt have a room. I had to pay full price & almost beg for the room. No deal & hassle is what Expedia did for me. Why did I use Expedia ? I dont know ! Unhappy Mike

It served the needs for me but probably wouldn't be okay if you had children I just needed a place to stay for a couple of days to take care of business Family Matters but if you wanted to be close to the beach to have family fun it probably wouldn't be what you want but it was clean and the staff was very gracious and accommodating

Not worth the price

To close to a busy highway, alot of road noise. I asked for a one hour late check-out but all I got was "no". Not a real friendly front desk. Motel looks as if built back in the 50's and is showing it's age. Not worth the price.

It's not much to look at but the ladies who run it are nice and inside the room are large and nice with a full kitchen and living room with a couch and lazyboy chair and Flat screen TV. NIce... The bedroom was clean and another TV. Nice beds. You could stay here for longer terms and feel right at home.

Great for Workers, or Families on a Budget

A little outdated, but the bed was comfortable and the room spacious and quiet. That is worth its weight in gold vs some of the hotels in New Smyra that cater to loud tourists. Leaky bathroom sink, but otherwise fully functional.

A surprising find!

This little motel tucked in along US#1 gives an excellent value with such uncramped space I could enjoy a week or two in one of the most interesting areas of Florida. It really is two full rooms plus bath: large sitting area & kitchen & dining area with full size appliances, pots & utensils and corelle-type dishware. Then the bedroom easily accommodates the two queen beds and accessories plus my brother's folding table with his magnifying reader. My nephew enjoyed "roughing it" on the couch in the other room, but would have had room for an inflatable bed there. All that plus large walk-in closet and full bath for less than a lot of hotel rooms. Yes, I would go back in a heart-beat and plan on several days!
