DO NOT STAY HERE!!! SKETCHY HOVEL!

This is an apartment for permanent residents. Completely run down. Didn't feel safe or clean. I will avoid Wyndham properties from this point on.

Staff was friendly and welcoming.AC worked. Pool is nice. But.. Room had one towel and no drinking cups upon arrival. Dirty room, dirty floors, your feet and socks turn black. Keep your shoes on in the room! A couple flies, a roach and a spider. The advertised breakfast has no meats and no eggs, a couple flies near the biscuits and gravy.

Exterior was worn and unkempt, cigarette butts all around, doors in need of fresh paint. AC off in office area, not welcoming, little or no verbal exchange. No explanations about location of elevators, meal time, etc. Room basically clean, no tissue. Bed good. Loud highway just outside. Will not revisit.

The room was awful, dirty floors only 1 towel and 2 wash cloths, room smelled like pot trash on the floor and a cover over the smoke alarm

I ordered double beds and now they only had single beds and they wanted me to have my kids under a separate room with no door in between so I left the place. They showed me the room and it was too small. Only one bed I couldn’t put the kids.

For the price, this motel is one of the cleanest, most efficient places we stayed. Staff service is good, amenities are available and good quality, the room itself felt like a more expensive motel than it is.

My stay at this hotel was OK. The service was very good and the room was clean when I took itl. On the negative side, the outside of the hotel is in need of maintenance and sadly the building is situated next to the highway which made for noise during the entire night.

This is probably the worse Baymont we have ever stayed in. The bed was hard, wrong size comforter and sheets too small for the size of the mattress. We had to put sheets back on bed everyday as the corners would not get to the bottom of the mattress. Towels were small and thin enough to see thru them. Bathroom outdated! Weather strip around door left a crack more than half-way around door allowing neighbors smoke inside room. Mangement NEEDS TO ENFORCE NO SMOKING as the fire alarm went off at 1145PM waking everyone.

It was a place to sleep

Room clean. Toilet ran after flushing for at least 2 minutes. Breakfast was disappointing with one hot option but the waffle maker made up for it. Beverage dispenser was out of order. As we took our luggage out before breakfast, We noticed people from the parking lot climbing out of their cars with multiple children eating what little food there was in breakfast area. The desk clerk was nice when I told him about the running toilet.

Why is Wyndham letting this place carry their name

Stopped here for one night while traveling. I expected much more from the Wyndham brand name. Exterior seemed ok and common areas seemed maintained. However, room was not maintained. See pics of shower ceiling. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was decent. But shower was disgusting.
