My stay would have been nice if it hadn’t been for the next room to me having a shower @ 4.30AM in the morning the noise of the pipes was so loud it woke me up . The walls dividing the rooms were thin & the beds were positioned next to each adjoining walls making the experience uncomfortable heating people snore & giggling in the early hours of the morning . So no I didn’t get a good nights sleep ! The bath tub in the bathroom did not have a non slip mat & the cold water tap fell off twice making having a shower a risky experience & I was cautious of slipping over . The interiors are dark in the rooms & no bar fridge provided in the Amalfi Rooms . The communal areas are nice in the lounge however & this was the most enjoyable place to sit & relax . Unfortunately I will not be staying again for $200 paid was not worth the sleepless night .

Loved the room, we had the executive suite with an outlook into a private garden. The whole property felt special, from the reception and bar area, to the Virgin Kitchen and its out door setting for breakfast. Each section is different but aesthetically pleasing. We will be heading back there for another stay.

The property is gorgeous from the moment you step in the door. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a twin room. The cafe restaurant was good if not limited in some breakfast choices. The summer spritzes were delightful

From the moment we arrived the staff at the front desk made us feel welcome, and that continued for our entire trip, dinner in the virgin lounge was absolutely beautiful and the service was at a very high standard. Highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of staying here. I know myself and my wife will be staying again in the future.

Photos better than reality

This hotel was okay but the pool and spa photos were way better than the reality. The spa was in urgent need of repairs, with hardly any jets, dangerous entry steps and surfaces on the edge that were damaged and rough to touch. The actual room had many very poor design features, such as the toilet blocking the bathroom door, and a huge shower head that was too big for the actual shower. It was pretty empty and I can see why.
