un chien qui aboie jusqu'a 22 h dans une chambre, un voisin qui appelle son chat entre 22 et 23 h, pas de climatisation et surtout aucune personne de l'hotel joignable en face a face ou par téléphone a 22 h... quid si quelqu'un a un malaise ou besoin urgent?
