The owner is fantastic. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Older place, very well taken care of. WIFI is very slow. Best place to stay in Davenport.

Stayed overnight on our way to lake Rosevelt. Motel is what you would expect from a small town. Owners were very friendly, very decent sized rooms. Clean, air worked really well, walking distance to restaurants, grocery, etc. we had no complaints.

Ok for location and price

This motel was what we expected for a small town. The beds were clean and comfortable. Wall art was falling off the bathroom door. Walls are very thin. We heard the activity of the next room loud and clear! Best of all dog friendly!
