Plenty of shopping options in the area. But that’s where the good part ends. We found three cockroaches in our room and we’re given the wrong room. I do not recommend

I would not have stayed but it was late at night. Non secure doors, people climbing out of windows, I don’t think the room had been cleaned. I slept wrapped in my own blanket with my phone ready to dial 911

The whole place reaked of cigarette smoke. I did not finish my whole booking cuz I could not stand to be there anymore. I feel like this smell got stuck in my nostrils and was smelling it all day. I would never go back. Try to get refunded for the day I did not stay but no luck yet. Do not book its not worth the helth risk.

When I booked online it listed a small fridge and microwave as amenities. When I asked why they weren’t there the staff person said it’s only for weekly guests. I had brought some frozen food for breakfast since that is not provided.

The floor is filthy and sticky. The management flat out lied and said it was the floor cleaner they used. We used one of the dirty washclothes that was left. There are no clean washclothes. There's a clear circle from just cleaning it with water. The toilet is dirty. The beds were made poorly and we each got one pillow. We have one chair to share for the eating table in a double bedroom. Management was called and told the floor was dirty and they refused to come mop. As of this writing, we are still waiting on pillows. How this place got the rating it got is beyond me. It's disgusting.

No fridge or microwave in the room but yet when checking in saw that other rooms had the equipment. They don't have do not disturb signs because they say that they need to clean the rooms daily but based on other reviews you could tell that's a lie because this place is in fact roach infested. People also use the do not disturb sign because they wish to sleep and not have people knocking on their door. Had to make my own "Do not Disturb" sign but it ended up getting taken away from my door by a worker which I very much disliked because 1. You as a worker should not take things from the occupant even if it is just paper. 2. That was just straight-up rude. Also, the wifi isn't secure, logged into the wifi, and just within the first day, I had people trying to log into my computer through the wifi so I had to constantly clean my computer of trackers and unwanted hackers. If you don't have the proper services to protect your devices I highly advise you to not connect to the wifi. They also have it advertised that they had a pool but the pool is permanently closed so if you're wishing to come for a swim you have to go to local pools instead. The beds are also very uncomfortable and had caused me back pain the entire time staying here. The T.V remote didn't have a back to it so the batteries were constantly falling out which was very annoying when trying to look for the remote at night. Also, people are loud here and if you're on the bottom floor you can hear every step the people

It was awful cockroaches in the bathroom, sleeping area, in the microwave, around the sink and they got into our food that we left on the table. Bedspread had cigarette burns all over them. Not enough towels. No tv guide. Just straight up gross. Not worth it.

Bad smell

The room smelt like smoke like someone was smoking cigarettes. I had to but a candle because it smelt so bad. The carpet in the hallway smelt like pea.
